The 1025 Dokdo Toner is a balancing first step toner built around Round Lab's Dokdo deep sea water, sourced from deep in the East Sea and concentrated through the brand's patented filtration process into 72 naturally occurring minerals. The watery texture absorbs quickly and leaves no residue, gently conditioning the skin and preparing it for the rest of the routine.
Panthenol and allantoin add a soothing, moisture retaining layer, while the mineral complex helps keep sebum balanced and skin texture smooth with regular use. It works well as a light daily toner for most skin types, including oily and combination skin.
Apply to cleansed skin using hands or a cotton pad. Pat gently until absorbed. Follow with serum and moisturizer.
