The Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Enrich Cream 50ml is a richer daily moisturizer built around fermented centella (Lactobacillus/centella asiatica ferment filtrate) alongside niacinamide, shea butter, and ceramide NP. Fermentation is meant to break the centella compounds into smaller, more absorbable pieces, and the shea butter gives this cream a noticeably thicker, more cushioning feel than skin1004's lighter centella products.
