Description
This first step toner from numbuzin is built on a blend of around 50 fermented ingredients, including bifida ferment, rice ferment, and chlorella, along with niacinamide to brighten and refine texture from the very first layer. The watery, slightly viscous texture leaves skin dewy rather than sticky, and layers well with the rest of the routine.
Apply to cleansed skin with hands or a cotton pad. Layer two to three times for extra hydration and glow.
