The balm melts into a light oil on contact with skin, then emulsifies into a milky texture once you add water, rinsing away cleanly without leaving a greasy residue. Some people notice the herbal scent from the essential oils, so those with reactive skin may want to patch test first.
Apply to dry skin and massage to dissolve makeup and impurities. Add a little water to emulsify until milky, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with a water based cleanser.
