It works well after a long flight, a day in the sun, or during seasonal changes when skin tends to need a bit of extra moisture. Since birch sap is the main hydrating ingredient rather than a heavier synthetic humectant blend, the finish feels light rather than tacky.
Apply to clean, dry skin. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, then remove. Gently pat in any remaining essence without rinsing.
