Description
The Centella Asiatica Vita Serum combines a stable vitamin C derivative with a centella asiatica base that makes up the majority of the formula. The vitamin C works on brightening dull skin and evening out tone, while centella's madecassoside and related compounds calm redness and support the barrier, which helps offset the irritation vitamin C can sometimes cause on its own.
This pairing makes the serum a good fit for skin dealing with both post breakout marks and general sensitivity, since it addresses discoloration without skipping the calming step most vitamin C products leave out. It absorbs quickly and layers easily into a morning or evening routine.
Apply a small amount to cleansed skin after toner, pat gently until absorbed, then follow with moisturizer. Use SPF in the morning.
