The Glow Replenishing Rice Milk Toner is a hydrating first step toner built on rice extract and rice amino acids, with a touch of kaolin, centella asiatica and ceramide added in for balance. It has a soft, milky texture that hydrates without feeling sticky, while helping keep oilier areas of the skin in check.
The combination of rice and ceramide makes this a good fit for combination skin that needs moisture in some areas and a lighter touch in others, since it works to even out the skin's overall balance rather than treating the whole face the same way. It absorbs cleanly and preps the skin for the next steps.
Apply to cleansed skin using hands or a cotton pad. Pat gently until absorbed, then follow with serum and moisturizer.
