This milky toner is built on a rice bran water base, over 70% of the formula, paired with niacinamide, panthenol, and allantoin to hydrate and brighten in one step. The texture sits between a classic toner and a light emulsion, so it delivers more than a watery toner would on its own.
Three types of ceramide and a triple hyaluronic acid complex help it hydrate more substantially than a typical toner, making it a good single step option for normal to dry skin, or a rich first layer for anyone building out a fuller routine.
Apply morning and evening after cleansing. Pour a small amount into palms or onto a cotton pad and press into skin, layering as needed.
