The watery gel texture absorbs without residue, layering easily between toner and moisturizer.
It's meant as the targeted, active step in a calming routine, alongside the Balanceful Cleansing Gel, Toner Pad and Cream.
Apply a small amount to cleansed skin after toner. Pat gently until absorbed. Follow with moisturizer.
