This dual purpose toner and hydrating first step is formulated with 2,000ppm fermented black rice extract and a layered hyaluronic acid complex at 600ppm. Black rice contributes polyphenols and flavonoids that support the skin against everyday environmental stress, while the hyaluronic acid draws in moisture.
The fluid, slightly viscous texture absorbs quickly and preps skin well for the steps that follow. At 300ml, it is sized for daily use over several months without needing to ration it.
Apply morning and evening after cleansing. Pour a small amount onto palms and press into skin, or apply with a cotton pad. Layer as needed.
