It emulsifies into a milky texture once water is added and rinses off cleanly, with no oily residue left behind.
Massage onto dry skin to dissolve makeup and impurities, add a little water to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with a water based cleanser for a full double cleanse.
