This lightweight toner is built around 77% heartleaf (Houttuynia cordata) extract, ANUA's signature calming ingredient, paired with a layered hyaluronic acid complex for hydration. It helps take the edge off redness and irritation while leaving skin comfortably hydrated, which is why it works as both a calming essence and a first toner step.
The texture is thin and watery, so it sinks in fast and layers easily under serums and moisturizer without pilling. It also works well pressed onto a cotton pad as a first step toning treatment, and it's gentle enough for sensitive or breakout prone skin to use daily.
Apply morning and evening after cleansing. Pat into skin with hands or a cotton pad, and layer a few times if skin needs extra hydration.
