Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your K-beauty essentials as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

• Delivery Partners: We primarily ship via DHL Parcel or alternatives

• Delivery Time: * Orders placed before 2pm on business days are typically delivered the next day.

  • Standard delivery time within the Netherlands: 2–3 business days.

• Shipping Rates:

  • Flat rate for domestic shipping: €4

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over €40

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. You can follow your package's journey directly through the carrier’s portal.
