This low pH toner carries the same witch hazel and eight-type hyaluronic acid blend as Luvum's toner pads into a pourable format, with a pH around 5.5 that sits close to skin's natural acidity.
Ginkgo biloba, perilla leaf, and green tea extracts help calm any redness the witch hazel might otherwise stir up, while the humectant-heavy base keeps skin from feeling stripped after cleansing. It layers easily under the rest of a routine without pilling.
Sweep a cotton pad soaked in toner over the face after cleansing, or press a few drops directly into skin with your palms, then follow with serum or moisturizer.
